2.2 The service is intended exclusively for personal and spiritual use and does not replace in-person pastoral or theological guidance.

2.3 Orando.ai is not a therapeutic or psychological counseling service and should not be used as a substitute for professional emotional support in serious or emergency situations.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1 The accuracy or completeness of the biblical interpretations provided by Orando.ai is not guaranteed. The service is provided on an "as is" basis, and the company is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies or interpretations that may be made from the answers.

3.2 The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 You agree to use Orando.ai in an ethical and respectful manner, respecting applicable laws and regulations, not infringing the rights of third parties and not using the service for illegal, defamatory, offensive or malicious purposes.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of Orando.ai, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where the company is registered, in Brazil.

11.1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which will remain in full force and effect.

11.2 The Company's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or right.

12. Limitation of Liability for Submitted Data

12.1 The company is not responsible for the nature, quality, reliability or security of data sent by users to Orando.ai via WhatsApp, including, but not limited to, texts, audios, images or any other data format.

12.2 Considering that WhatsApp is a third-party platform, the company is not responsible for any problems, losses or damages that may arise in relation to the use of this platform to interact with Orando.ai, including, but not limited to, data transmission, privacy and security issues.

12.3 You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the security, integrity, legality and confidentiality of the data you submit to Orando.ai.
